Thank you for visiting the homepage of DLVC French Bulldog Kennel. We breed primarily for ourselves,
but occasionally we have pups available for others smitten with the charms of these delightful and affectionate companions. Very special attention is given to placing pups in appropriate homes.
We aim to breed pups that are physically appealing, a joy to have in your home, and above all, as fit,
healthy, and well socialized as possible. Our breeding combinations are carefully selected from excellent
and reliable Dutch and European bloodlines with a strong focus on health, temperament and conformation.
We are registered with the national Dutch breed association (Raad v. Beheer) and The Hollandse Bulldog Club,
and our puppies are bred according to the HBC breeders code of ethics. Pups are raised in the living room
amongst all the daily household activities and receive plenty of special attention from us, the neighborhood
children, and our other Frenchies. During their stay with us the pups are exposed to a thorough socialization
process.
We consider breeding to be a serious hobby that requires a certain amount of knowledge. In 2003 we
completed the Dutch KK1 canine training (anatomy, physiology, behaviour, reproduction, genetics,
nutrition, health, etc) and in 2004 we completed a canine paramedic training. In 2005 Herman finished
the advanced KK2 theory. Our pups are provided with an FCI pedigree issued by the national kennel
club (Raad van Beheer), one year health guarantee, European animal passport, veterinary health declaration,
purchase agreement, 1st puppy vaccination, microchip and are de-wormed at least 3 times before they
leave the litter.
